Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to assist with documenting and reviewing a range of IT Business Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing IT Business Process artefacts.
- Review and document CMDB-related processes.
- Map current artefacts against actual IT processes.
- Update existing artefacts and/or produce new documentation.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather information and validate processes.
- Provide input and insights on best practices and common industry practices.
