Responsibilities and expected activities
• Lead and manage the Data Remediation Analyst team.
• Plan and allocate work and manage delivery against milestones.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and blockers and escalate promptly.
• Review outputs and maintain delivery and quality oversight.
• Coordinate with business, operations, migration and technology stakeholders.
• Provide regular status, capacity and quality reporting.
• Support orderly reduction of the team as remediation demand declines.
Mandatory capability
• Minimum four years of experience leading teams.
• Experience leading platform migration or data remediation delivery.
• Strong people management capability.
• Financial services or banking operations experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and escalation skills.
Desirable capability
• Previous Macquarie experience.
• FenX or Fenergo experience.
• Institutional onboarding, counterparty data, AML or KYC experience.
• Hands-on exposure to data quality or remediation workstreams.
