ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM and TPSM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Configure and support ITSM and TPSM modules.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Support Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM and TPSM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
