1. Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Cards Modernisation impacts to Collections.
2. Define integration patterns between HPS, commbank.data, Snowflake, Collections and PCC.
3. Establish stable Collections data contracts that reduce dependency on source-system
implementation details.
4. Provide technical leadership across Snowflake, PySpark, AWS/DHP and .NET.
5. Define standards for data quality, lineage, observability and production resilience.
6. Lead migration, coexistence and parallel-run approaches.
7. Guide API, batch and event-driven integration patterns.
8. Lead complex cross-platform production investigations.
9. Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers.
10. Influence engineering decisions across multiple teams.
