Key Requirements:

1. UAT Planning and Test Script Review

  • UAT plan and schedule, including testing approach and tester assignments by role.

  • Gap analysis of UAT scenarios and test scripts with recommendations.

2. UAT Coordination and Defect Management

  • Maintained defect register updated throughout the UAT period, including status, priority and resolution tracking.

  • Defect triage outcomes documented and categorised by defect type for each triage session.

3. Training Discovery and Plan

  • Training audience matrix mapping roles and personas to system functionality and business processes.

  • Training plan and schedule, including session types, sequence and indicative duration for each audience group.

4. Training Material and QRG Development

  • Role-based training materials (slide decks or equivalent) covering agreed training groups.

  • Quick-reference guides for agreed common tasks, suitable for use during and after training.

5. Train the Trainer Delivery

  • Train-the-trainer sessions delivered to agreed GRNSW trainer attendees, covering each role/persona in the training plan.

  • Session notes capturing key questions, clarifications and any material updates required following delivery.

6. Post Go-Live Floor Walking Support

  • Issue log capturing issues raised during floor walking, with classification and escalation status for each item.

  • Summary of recurring questions and recommended updates to quick-reference guides or FAQs, provided at the end of the floor walking period.
