We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Team Lead - ServiceNow Engineer who can lead the technical team in our ServiceNow Practice.
Qualifications
- Servicenow technical team lead background
- ServiceNow platform experience
- Experience leading a team
- ITSM modules - Incident, Change, Problem experience
- GRC / IRM experience
- ServiceNow engineering, scripting, workflows, integrations & platform customisation experience
- Experience in enterprise scale environments and stakeholder engagement
- Strong end to end ServiceNow engineering capability
- Enterprise transformation experience
- ServiceNow Certification would be an advantage
- Enterprise delivery experience and strong platform knowledge
