TechBubble is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our client's consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a key transformation engagement. This role is responsible for the administration and configuration of an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with government regulatory requirements. 

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and maintains quality ServiceNow applications and custom scripts, and ensures the platform integrates seamlessly with other systems inside the organisation;
  • Understands business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions;
  • Participates in all phases of product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test, integration and implementation of products and services;
  • Develops design specifications and parameters that are in compliance with organisational standards, audit requirements, and architectural blueprints;
  • Recognises problems, analyses data, and provides effective solutions to satisfy the needs of the organisation; 
  • Researches, evaluates and incorporates new technology and tools to enhance the product development process;
  • Collaborates with other IT teams and provides support and troubleshooting as required; and
  • May assist in the development of product user manuals, requirements and testing plans.

 Specialist Competencies

  • Demonstrable understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, such as data types, variables, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts; 
  • Demonstrable understanding of the common services data model and database structure, as well as SQL and related database technologies;
  • Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of web development tools, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS; and
  • A sound working knowledge of ITIL principles such as incident, problem, change, and release management

  • Open to Perth only, and hybrid working arrangement respective to your city (2-3 days in the office)
