Core Platform Declarative Features: Posted strong design and hands-on experience in Flow/BRE/DPE/PlatformEvent/ContextService.
OmniStudio Features: Posted strong design and hands-on experience in Flexcard/OmniScript/IntegrationProcedure/DataMapper or even DocGen/DynamicAssessment/FormFramework/DocumentMatrix.
Core Platform Customization Skill: Posted strong design and hands-on experience on LWC/Apex.
Core Platform Architecture: Posted strong platform architecture, config, governance limits, performance.
Value Add (2 out of below)
Education Cloud Expertise: Education Cloud background, possible completed Education Cloud Certification or minimally Education Cloud Trailhead.
Education Industry Domain Knowledge: Not mandate but always "Big Value Add" to help up various areas on NUS scope.
Education System (PeopleSoft EduRec) Background: Not mandate but going to value add to data modelling and solution design.
Core Platform Integration: Posted strong design and hands-on experience on platform design pattern, approach, framework. Especially strong in declarative method.
Problem Solving Skill and Time Management: Work on large project lifecycle from requirement gathering to design. Also familiar with basic DevOps.
AI Skill: Agentforce, Claude Code.
