ServiceNow Architect – Baseline Cleared

Clearance: Active Australian Government Baseline Clearance (Mandatory)

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with strong architecture and solution design expertise.

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and custom application development.

• Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, workflows, and Flow Designer.

• Experience with technical governance, platform upgrades, and performance optimization.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Must hold a valid Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or Certified Application Architect (CAA). Experience in Australian Government projects is an advantage.
