ServiceNow Business Analyst – HRSD

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, and work with technical teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.

• Create user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.

• Work with ServiceNow developers on HRSD implementation.

• Support UAT, testing, and defect resolution.

• Understand HRSD modules such as HR Case Management and Employee Center.

• Coordinate with business and technical teams throughout the project.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

• Good knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD.

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
