ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead / Architect

Role Overview

• 7+ years’ of experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow (HRSD) solutions, with strong expertise in complex workflow design and exposure to AI-driven capabilities.

• Strong engineering skills with advanced knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to define design patterns and guide development standards.

• Experience leading the design and delivery of complex integrations using REST and SOAP, aligned with enterprise architecture, security and data governance standards.

• Ability to influence technical direction, challenge existing approaches, and improve platform scalability, performance and long-term maintainability.

• A strategic and innovative mindset with experience using automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve engineering efficiency and employee experience.
