Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, SAM, and CMDB.
Key Requirements
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect
Hands-on experience with ITSM
Experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
Experience with SAM (Software Asset Management)
Strong knowledge of CMDB
Strong technical architecture and solution design experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Comfortable working onsite with the client
Strong collaboration skills and a professional approach
