Key responsibilities

4) Establish stable API and integration contracts.
5) Reduce unnecessary coupling to Cards source systems.
6) Lead modernisation of legacy .NET services where required.
7) Build cloud-native solutions on DHP/AWS.
8) Establish CI/CD, automated testing and observability standards.
9) Improve application resilience and security.
10) Lead complex production troubleshooting.
11) Mentor Senior Software Engineers.
