The project focused on simplifying how users request access to the University's Unibuy procurement platform. By integrating the ServiceNow Service Catalog with SailPoint IdentityIQ, TechBubble created a seamless access management process that automated request submission, approval routing, and provisioning. TechBubble implemented an end-to-end access management solution that connected ServiceNow with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Users could submit Unibuy access requests through the ServiceNow Service Catalog, where automated approval workflows validated requests before provisioning was completed by SailPoint. The integrated solution provided complete visibility into request status, reduced manual intervention, accelerated fulfilment, and strengthened governance across the access lifecycle.
