OGC Legal Governance Register (Reggie)
The project involved designing and developing the Office of General Counsel (OGC) Legal Governance Register, known as "Reggie," using Microsoft Power Apps. The platform provides a centralised repository for managing legal entities affiliated with the University, including owned, affiliated, and associated organisations. The solution improves governance oversight by digitising legal records, relationship management, and compliance reporting within a secure and user-friendly application.
Managing Legal Entity Governance Efficiently
Governance information relating to legal entities was distributed across multiple records and systems, limiting visibility and making compliance management more complex.
