ServiceNow Release Upgrade & Support
The project focused on upgrading VHA Home HealthCare's ServiceNow platform from its existing San Diego release to a newer version while preserving existing customisations and integrations. The engagement included platform assessment, upgrade testing using Automated Test Framework (ATF), data migration validation, deployment of new platform capabilities, and knowledge transfer to support teams. In addition, Level 2 application support was provided to ensure ongoing platform stability after deployment.
